Starbucks Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Behavioral interview with a panel of 3-6 managers. They look for cery specific answers (STAR). Not very difficult but could be overwhelming with all of the managers there. Be prepared to answer questions on how you work with others, dealing with ambiguity, problem solving, coaching & training, as well as achieving results.

Long drawn out process. Took over two weeks after I applied to hear from them. Then had two telephone interviews with a Recruiter. First call was just to ask my experience and to get to know me. This call was very easy and I found the recruiter to be very friendly and easy to talk to. Second interview was with the same person. This time she asked specific questions about how I handled a particular situation. All the questions were situational based. So have stories ready!
