STAR METHOD: S: situation T: Task A: Action R: Result When asked questions during interview process use STAR as a guide to follow while answering. Use a work performance dont give a job description. Making sure you describe the Situation/ Task:you faced and the context of the story /Action:What action did you take. /Results: how did you measure success of the project and what results did you achieve.
