I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in Feb 2013
Interview
You go in the office and they try to figure out or remember who you are. Then they look for your application. Finally you get to sit down in a shared office where people walk in and out as they want during your interview. The manager was distracted a few times, others come in and ask him questions, he would suddenly carry a conversation with whoever comes into the room and says "sorry" and continue with the interview. Oh and answering his calls, I thought interview etiquette is the phone stays off.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Fresno, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Process took about 2 weeks. I applied online and received a phone interview, then was scheduled for a face to face interview. It was for a new store, so there were multiple interviews going on around me which was personally a lot less intimidating. I wasn't asked any hard questions and the interviewer was really personable. Afterwards he told me to wait for the second interview, which wasn't really an interview but was more so signing papers, an on the spot drug test, and a background check. Very simple.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Tulsa, OK) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had an interview with a store manager. Then I interviewed with the regional director. Then I interviewed with another store manager. It was a pretty basic getting to know you process. Nothing was too difficult.
