I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Johns Creek, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
i applied for the bulk position but was told they are going to give me the cashier position instead even though i have over 3 years experience working in bulk but was told to be a cashier and the manager seemed as if she was having a bad day or something plus she kept cutting me off because she was actually doing her taxes over the phone while she was interviewing me.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Scottsdale, AZ) in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview process was very simple. They hire just about anyone now. You do not need bring a resume. They just want to know if your reliable and your availability. You just need to show up and express interest in the position you're applying for. They typically want a saliva drug test after the interview is over. As long as you show up for the interview on time and pass the drug test they will call you back within days. They will start you immediately.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Austin, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process took a long time, which is both a negative and a positive. (The reason being that the head of the store was out of town). I used this time to brush up on my health and wellness knowledge and to read everything I could on the Sprouts website, which helped me get the job. I also have no previous experience working in a vitamin department, which shows that if you have a passion for natural health and wellness, you have a very good chance to get the job. Last tip: There are webinars on the Sprouts website, watch them!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't actually ask me any specific "vitamin/supplement/health" questions. I presume that is because I told them that I have a passion for natural health and helping others and that I want a career in the Nutrition & Dietetics field. All questions asked were general interview questions.
