The interview process was very simple. They hire just about anyone now. You do not need bring a resume. They just want to know if your reliable and your availability. You just need to show up and express interest in the position you're applying for. They typically want a saliva drug test after the interview is over. As long as you show up for the interview on time and pass the drug test they will call you back within days. They will start you immediately.

The process took a long time, which is both a negative and a positive. (The reason being that the head of the store was out of town). I used this time to brush up on my health and wellness knowledge and to read everything I could on the Sprouts website, which helped me get the job. I also have no previous experience working in a vitamin department, which shows that if you have a passion for natural health and wellness, you have a very good chance to get the job.
