Sodexo General Manager interview questions

Very impressive interview process. Applied online for one position, a recruiter reached out to me and suggested I apply for a different position. Within 2 days of applying received a phone screen. 5 days after that had a phone interview with the DM. Brought on site to meet and interview with DM. Two days later asked to interview with client. Three days after that offered position

Situation based questions, was selected as a finalist, but client made final decision. DM didn’t call me to inform me, found out another way, that was the biggest bummer. The DM should at least call and inform the candidates of the decision
