Called on time and asked 7 questions - 3 about the company and 4 "Tell me a time when" type. The recruiter started asking about the sector I wanted to work in followed by the 7 questions. Time for additional questions was provided at the end. It lasted 20 mins
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Skanska (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2016
Interview
Online application -> online tests -> skype interview -> assessment centre.
Online application standard, tests were logical/numerical/verbal (very similar to Balfour Beatty questions if that helps). Skype interview was 4 competency based questions with 1 on the company, didn't last more than 15 mins.
Assessment centre was a really positive experience. 10 minute presentation and then 45min interview and 35 min group exercise. 8 people at the centre but with 10/12 staff to assess, all very friendly and interested in what you had done.
Didn't recieve an offer due to limited explanation in the interview (essentially because I didn't use the STAR technique).
