Siemens Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I am working in Bangalore and one day I got the call from Siemens noida for the interview for senior Software Eng, they have schedule my telephonic interview which took around 1 hr after that i dint got any call from HR regarding status for the same, after waiting 4 days I called up and ask, after some time he confirmed that i have cleared the telephonic tech round and next technical round will be take place on live video conferencing, this round went around for almost 2 and half hrs and level of questions were really good and i answered almost all of the questions.... that too very well and interviewer also looking pretty satisfied with all the answers...after one day i called HR and asked about the status and he simply replied you are rejected.....i dont understand why did interviewer took 2 and half hr for rejecting me....thats full on politics played by HR....it seems they are playing some politics here also and wasting the time of candidates unnecessarily.

Very professional process. Looks like a great place to work but a sudden change in personal circumstances caused me to decline the offer
