Question 1
1) Working on MS project and tracking the project on the tool.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens in Aug 2021
Interview
I had 2 video interviews. The first one was with 1 person. The second interview was with a group of 4. Most questions were behavioral (what would you do in 'x' situation? what would you do when 'y' goes wrong?). The hiring manager was great at first with communication/what I should expect, however, they turned uncharacteristically slow/ghost-like to notify me of the results (them going with another candidate). The interviewers were an advocate for providing feedback, however, when I asked for feedback on my interview I was met with silence. The communication was great until the last notification. I think they have trouble with giving 'bad' news and would rather avoid the trouble, which made me feel confused because I thought the interviews went well. Maybe I misunderstood.
