I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Singapur) in May 2012
Interview
only one round of phone interview. asked questions on world issues, economy issues and political issues, which are not very related to oil and gas industry. I guess for experienced hires they will be more strict with the interview process. At the end of the internship, there is another panel review on the final presentations to review the entire process.

Tell me about a time you worked on a team and someone disagreed with you.
Was swift. Didn't get the job. Interviewer was nice. this is a few years ago, but I'm submitting to look at glassdoor review. what a shame, I don't remember having to give all this info - they will surely be usurped by competition if this is the case

Interview
The role was for an entry level position that consisted of a 3 step interview process. There was an online exam, virtual video, then a case study at the very end.
