Sephora Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I was asked my previous retail experience and then sat in a group of other candidates answering behavioral questions about how I would handle specific scenarios in the store. Everyone was very friendly and it was an easy process.

It was unprofessional. I received an email denying even though I had an interview. I was told “If you don’t hear from me just call.” In my opinion you should always decline over the phone or in person if there was an interview
