Great. Interviewers were friendly. Put you at ease. Ask a lot of situational questions and ask you to intro yourself as well as your past experience. The office looks really cool. Like a startup kind of environment.

How would I handle difficult customer who is clearly in the wrong.
The interview process was pretty easy. They were all very nice and understanding when I worked there. Management was patient and always available to listen to any concerns or questions.
