The interview process was thorough, a 4 stage interview with many levels of staff. It was fairly testing and conducted well but perhaps too much for the role itself in my opinion
Detailed and precise. The interviewer was very supportive, positive and engaging. There were no negatives and usually they allow you to take your time to gather your thoughts and answer the questions. All together I've had a great experience so far.

There was an online questionnaire test which took around 20 minutes, if it was passed it would the. be followed by group interview before an individual one in the same day. Conducted by the team managers.

In person interview with a manager and a supervisor. Lasted around 40 minutes and was fairly casual. I dressed in a suit and that seemed appropriate. The role was was centred around teamwork and working well will customers to assist them.
