I submitted my resume and cover letter for the Business Development Representative role through the Salesforce careers website.
After reviewing applications, the Salesforce recruiter has a brief phone call with me. The recruiter asked about my background, motivation for applying, and my understanding of the role.

Behavioral Interview: Assess my past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how I handle various situations.
Role-specific Interview: Evaluate my understanding of the BDR role, my knowledge of Salesforce products, and my ability to articulate how I can contribute to the company's goals.
it was straightforward and the interview process was simple enough. good prep. good recruiter. took 2 weeks in total and offer came in the following days after final interview. would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to move into tech.

Interview
After submitting my resume, I was promptly contacted by the screening recruiter and was able to easily select a timeframe that worked from her provided calendar. After completion of the screening call, I was given a clear and accurate timeline as to when I would hear back from the company. I was then contacted directly by my recruiter for a pre-interview call and given helpful instruction and information regarding the panel interview. I then completed my panel interview in person. I was warmly greeted, offered a beverage, and my time was respected as we started and finished within the pre-determined timeframe.
