I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
3 + 1 steps:
i. Interview with HR (brief screening from their side and sharing info aroung job, perks, compensation)
ii. Interview with Hiring Managers (Manager & Director) to see skills fit + Mock Call
iii. Interview with Hiring Managers again to evaluate Mock Call + see cultural fit (meet also some members of the team)
I also had 1 more step, as I had a meeting with Account Executives (members that I would collaborate if I got hired)
Eventually, they didn't offer me the job, as they offered to an internal employee a promotion(!), which I can not understand why they didn't offered that in the first place and opened the position. Also, the whole process from the application to the official rejection took 2 months, which is quite long.
