The interview process is three steps: A phone screen with a recruiter, a video call with someone on the team, and a final panel interview with some members of the sales organization. The first two interviews were fine, and things went smoothly. The final interview was interesting. I talked about my experience and talked about the potential product that I would be selling, but the interviewers were rude, uninterested, and condescending. It's no wonder they're looking for new sales reps - I feel bad for anyone working under such leadership.
The interview process was good, questions were mostly related to sales process, pipeline efficiency and quotas achieved. It was very conversational and the details about the role and job description were mentioned clearly.
