I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied to the role on the Sage website - Michael, the internal recruiter, got in touch with me the next day to discuss the opportunity & was very patient with me whilst I was navigating when to apply for my ideal start date.
When I was ready, Michael quickly set up my 1st interview which included a presentation and was so helpful and supportive throughout the process (I am a massive over-thinker, so it really helped to have a calming voice!)
Within 2 days of the 1st interview, Michael had arranged my 2nd interview & got an offer to me within a couple of hours of completing that!
I spoke with 3 interviewers in total - Head of Sales, Head of Training & Sales Manager (who I will be reporting into) - all of whom were SO nice on my interviews & really put me at ease.
I couldn't recommend the process more - it was quick, required a suitable level of research into the business and was a great blend of informal and formal interview style.
Thanks Guys :)!

I applied online. I interviewed at Sage (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Three separate interviews to get this job. Firstly an IT test, then a three quarter of an hour one to one interview with Sharon Thompson, then a two and a half hour group interview.
Started with a demonstration of a customer call and how the service representative dealt with that call. Then an interview process in 4 different rooms, with two hiring managers/employers in each room. Each room was designed to test you in different ways, for example your work ethic/ your knowledge of the company.
