A 45-minute digital interview with the hiring manager, focused on assessing job description requirements. I provided a detailed overview of my profile and answered questions about my subject knowledge, industry expertise, and sales experience relevant to the role.
Good initial screening call with Recruitment partner; quick follow up to schedule a next step with the hiring manager to discuss resume and motivation. Two rounds of face2face interviews at the Dublin office, followed by a call with UKI RVP.
Completed a face2face sales call role-play for two IT personas on analytics, business insights and data management. I had sufficient documentation to study to prepare for the session. Received an offer after a week. Great process overall with good momentum.
