I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at S&P Global (Nueva Delhi) in Jan 2025
Interview
Gotcha! Here’s a more *sarcastic but slightly formal* version — enough spice, but polished:
---
The interview at S&P Global wasn’t particularly difficult — fairly standard with a strong focus on OOPS, DBMS, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and a few puzzles. I performed exceptionally well and even received very positive feedback from the interviewer, who mentioned I had aced the interview.
It was a diversity hiring round, so naturally, one would assume performance would play a key role. Interestingly though, someone who struggled to solve the puzzles and couldn’t confidently answer many of the questions ended up getting selected — while I, despite excelling in all aspects, was not.
Still trying to decode the selection criteria — perhaps they were hiring for a role where underperforming under pressure was the desired trait. 😂
