First 15 minutes Human Resources interview
the questions were the following: why Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, why Financial Services, why this three-year graduate program and I introduced myself, with my resume
Smooth, first round to understand your motivation, knowledge about the company, and understanding of the role.
2nd round is a super day, where you will have 3 rounds - 30 min each with 3 different seniors, where they will ask you questions (technical and behavioural)

Interview
Horrible interview process, the recruiters did not have an idea what they were doing. Asked me to respond to a link they never sent, did not respond back after asking for available times etc.
