The process was three phone interviews in total - one with Hr , one with the Hiring Manager, and one with the Mentor I would be working with. The questions were mostly all behavioral and the interviewers were very friendly.

Assessment centre followed by interview. Assessment centre featured a group task to a small audience of staff and a tour of the facilities. This was then followed by a one hour long interview.
