Some technical questions, but very superficial... more about past experiences and telling them what they were like. Technical questions were just about programming experiences, the type of things I've done, etc. Phone screen was more about the different types of programming and technical questions, whereas in person was much more to vet personality.

how would you react when a client has a very poorly designed project, and they won't accept your criticism?
Well defined process and takes place on Blue jeans their web conferencing tool. For my position had 3 rounds. Recruiter communicated well. Number of rounds and process will change from team to team . But you will have atleast one Technical round.
The company really cares about open source, having a couple projects in open source surely helps. The interviewers were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions, I enjoyed the process.
