I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull (París) in Jun 2025
Interview
First it was a 10 minutes online interview, then we got called for a group interview
The whole process took almost one month which is really annoying
I felt discriminated against since one of them didn't even smile to me
all thought I answered all the questions correctly
And it was a bit hard for such an easy job
Good point is you get free redbulls
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the most humiliating thing that happened to you ?
What is the most impressive thing you did ?
If you were an object what would you be and why ?
What is the last time you drank a redbull ?
You get a stupid object, and you have to sell it to the interviewer
Started with a AI screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with her manager. Overall great experience, definitely stress the values and come in with strategies of how you'll do the growth job specifically for your campus needs
Very abstract, there were quick fire video interview questions after the initial application which were ok. Then in the actual interview I was taken to a busy area with wasn't the most professional and it was a 1v1 situation competing against someone else for the job. They ask you to sell a can of red bull and explain their history. Free rebel at the end of the interview though.
