After an online test you receive some insight that can be useful to improve yourself and the resume. Then, if you are selected, there is a 1st interview that consists of recording yourself while answering some questions. It's weird not to talk to a human being but it's simple and you have all the time you want to practice before sending the video.

Great experience - nice office. The people I met were great . I had to do a video interview first - which I didn’t enjoy - but was glad to meet the people in real life. A shame not to get the role but I wish them well
online interview with 2 representatives from the recruitment team, lasting 1/2 hour and consisting of about 12-15 questions in total, mainly why your are interested in the role, what do you know, specific skills experience etc
Really long assessments are compulsory but there is a great work culture. Prepare well, be confident and tie answers back to the role and company - show that you resonate with their values.
