Randstad Recruiting interview questions

to the point, simple 3 stage, made sense, structured, met hiring team, recruiter and my direct report. initially interviewed with the in house talent acquisition person. satisfied, didn't apply directly, put a presentation together for the final stage meeting.

It was smooth and questions were not too difficult. Really basic stuff about recruiting and metrics achieved to see how well you did in your previous roles. Overall, very straight forward and hiring managers were friendly in the call.
