Randstad Recruiting interview questions

I had a 40-minute interview with one of the company’s recruiters, where I was told my profile would be shared with specific contacts and that I’d hear back. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. In a market where professionalism and empathy are more important than ever, being ghosted after such an in-depth and promising discussion is extremely disappointing. The way candidates are treated leaves a lasting impression- and poor treatment is always remembered, just as genuine support is. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative view of the company’s recruitment practices.
