One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn and called me in for an interview. First I met with her and a senior designer. Then the second time it's a zoom with three other people and the final interview they asked me to create a presentation - I had to design an apartment and then submit it in a week then present it at the showroom. Honestly they knew from the beginning that I am over their budget (I mentioned at the start I am asking for 90k, as per research, but they want to pay 60k for this position, as per my conversations with friends who work there ) however they proceeded to waste my time by asking me to design a space simply so that they can steal my ideas. One of the designers even mentioned it during the presentation "oh I'm gonna use that idea" They told me a few hours after that they are not going to give me an offer because I am out of budget - they knew from the beginning! Don't waste your time - they're a showroom with high turnovers and redundancies, they just want to seem like an A-List design firm. A few months later another one of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn - they should have a running list of whose already been contacted! PS - They buy their items from MGBW who are now bankrupt and closed so I guess they need to find a new supplier.
