RH Interior Designer Consultant interview questions

The interview process was unnecessary long. Four interviews is a little ridiculous considering how low paying the job is. It also took some coaxing to find out that the position doesn't do any designing. You are helping generate leads for a different design team. I was also disappointed when they didn't notify me that the position had been filled. I had to reach out to them. When I asked for feedback about my interviews, HR never replied.

First interview was over Zoom. Interviewer rescheduled at the last minute, and that should have been a red flag. Second, interview was at Gallery with the Gallery Leader and the Leader of the Design Department.
