phone interview followed by onsite. 5-6 people asking everything on your resume. study wireless therory , probablity , ofdm , mimo and basics. no one is gonna judge you on complex things. they want people who can explain complex things easily

Interview
I applied through internal referral. First phone screen with the manager, which was very general, such as how do you debug an infinite loop in your testbench. In total 4 technical rounds, lunch with manager. 3 technical rounds included basic RTL design questions, and 1 round was about back end. I was able to get an offer around 3 weeks after the interview.

The hiring manager asked puzzles where they felt the answer was not that convincing.
