One of the worst Experiences. In the month of November, I got the interview where the first step was to submit answers to the HireVue questions. Questions were very easy. After one week I follow-up with the hiring recruiter regarding an update on my application. The recruiter suggested I should follow-up with him in the next with respect to Thanksgiving holidays. So, I did follow-up after the holidays and still got the same response from the hiring recruiter that follow-up in the next week. In the second week of December I follow-up with a recruiter. But, I didn't receive any update from the recruiter. So, After almost four weeks of follow-up with recruiter they send me formal rejection. So, It took almost four week to give rejection and without the reasoning or any other information. The process was very tiring, and the recruiter should let me know with all the information. Because It almost wasted my one month in the waiting and there is nothing in my hand.
