Skanska interview questions

I completed Skanska’s interview process feeling respected, challenged, and optimistic. The discussions emphasized safety, collaboration, technical competence, leadership potential, and long-term commitment, confirming strong alignment between my experience and their values.

We was sat in a room around 8-10 assessors and was given a group task on a roadwork project. We had to figure out biggest problems and which stakeholders to contact first. It was then followed by presenting a slideshow which we was given earlier in the month, followed by an interview.
