Applied through their website, and a HR reached out to 2 days after for a phone screen, then my resume got forwarded to the hiring manager. HM arranged for a 30 min phone interview with lab manager.

Tell me about yourself. Do you have any clinical Laboratory experience? Experience loading samples? How do you get along with others? How do you plan on getting to work if hired?
It was an online interview with 2 managers. Discussed about lab experience and troubleshooting data. Overall, it was a very relaxed and informative interview. Recommend: including specific details in your intervies and give examples.

A series of video conferences with people who work in the lab followed by various management staff. (For some reason none of the management had video turned on? I left mine on and it seemed to go well)

They ask you to describe your scientific background and about why you would make the move to this laboratory. I didn't get any of the truly strange HR questions some interviews have (e.g., what pizza topping would you be and similar).
