Providence interview questions

Half hour phone interview, in person interview for most of a day which included over 5 meetings with product people, project managers, managers, and senior developers. Interview with senior developers included whiteboard skill evaluation.

Applied online, was contacted for a phone screen by recruiter. Took 3 emails over a week to get the recruiter to respond to schedule the phone screen. Ended up not being a phone screen at all but a video interview. Took the video interview. Contacted the recruiter a week or so after to get any feedback or update. No response. Finally got the form rejection email. Whole process was not organized, communication was terrible, never once was able to talk to a recruiter or ask questions, and received zero feedback. Being a director level position I expected a little more from Providence. The whole process left a very sour taste regard providence and a feeling a disrespect towards applicants. Makes me think twice about seeking employment in the future.
