Pratt & Whitney interview questions

Tough to get an interview, finally got in touch with a recruiter, and then they were let go so my application was lost. Had a first interview with the recruiter but no call back after that, found out through another rep

I applied via a linkedin job posting. The recruiter called me about 3 weeks later unannounced. I didn't have time to talk at the time, so I asked him to call back the following day at 2:00 (and we confirmed in email). The next day he called at 2:30 at which point it was not convenient to talk. He thought we agreed to 2:30 even though the email said 2pm. We spoke for about 10 minutes to confirm a few resume details, and he said he would reach out in the next few days to arrange a call with the hiring manager. Then he ghosted me. I've tried emailing him, left him voicemails, and reached out on LinkedIn messager, but no response.
