After waiting more than three weeks with no update, I eventually received only a generic rejection email — no feedback, no phone call. For a company of PayPal’s size, this felt disrespectful to candidates who invest significant time and effort.

The process was very quick and HR was responsive. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I applied online and got the interview. Everyone was professional, nice and friendly in the interview.

They asked about AB testing experience and how to design AB test.
Interview was overall good - 4 rounds were taken
1. SQL and Excel capabilities
2. Business Sense
3. Leadership and Communications
4. Hiring Manager round that was a mix of all above + Statistics + Puzzles
