Parexel Clinical Operations Leader interview questions

Initial phone interview to go over resume information. 2 weeks later a 2nd phone interview and skype interview. Decision made the next day. Process took about 2 weeks. Everyone was really nice.

One phone interview with recruiter then phone interview with a manager, face to face interview with a manager and then 2 more phone interviews with managers. The recruiter assessed that you had the background, education and experience for the job. The manager interviews were scenario based or asking about your skills and strengths- "Remember a time when you......"
