Parexel Clinical Monitoring Associate interview questions

I got referred to this position from a current employee who graduated last year from the same school as me. I applied online and was asked to do a phone screen interview. The interview was fairly short. Very typical questions like strengths/weaknesses, why you want the job etc. The phone screen also asked about gpa upon graduation and if you are legally allowed to work and any problems regarding past employment. They also asked about what you would bring to the team and examples about team work and resolving any conflicts that you might have had.

I applied online and heard back within a week for a phone interview. I did a 30 minute phone screen with someone in HR. They got back to me in two days to come in for an in person interview a week later. I did the interview and was offered the job two days later.
