Paramount Executive Assistant interview questions

A pretty standard interview process where you talk about your background and the company and why you're a good fit for the job. The interviewer was the potential boss and was asking questions based on the resume she had on hand. After the interview it took 2+ weeks for a decision to be made.

Applied online. Heard back from HR via email roughly five business days later to schedule a phone interview. An hour or so after said interview, received an invitation to meet with the personnel I'd be supporting in person. I was allotted a half hour with each person I'd be acting as support to. Both staff members were extremely friendly and very enthusiastic about their jobs. However, it seems like it may have not been the right personality clique. Sent followup emails thanking them for their time and only received a reply from one out of the three people I had been in contact with.
