Paramount Executive Assistant interview questions

I contacted someone I knew about the open position after I applied. They had HR contact me and we did an preliminary interview. They arranged for me to interview with all 3 prinicples in the department, all of whom seemed very positive. Then I was ghosted. No one responded to my follow up emails. And then they posted the position again. No contact saying they're going with other candidates. This seems to be a new practice with hiring. Ghosting.

I applied for the position through their website after seeing the job posted on a online job board. I had a phone call with the HR recruiter which went well. I week or so later I had video interviews with the two execs I would be supporting (separately). They were both so nice I thought the interview went well. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
