Pall interview questions

Included initial HR phone screen, essay completion, 2 phone interviews including 1 video with hiring manager, in-person meeting, additional phone interview with management, many stalls and excuses along the way only to find out the official job was never actually created/posted and they let someone doing current role cover his old and new job that I would be replacing (and collect the pay I would have received instead), many bogus excuses given by hiring manager on potential start date not in agreement with HR timeline (10 weeks to run background check etc. which is unheard of this summer/fall at any company anywhere- all ridiculous), con-artist/disorganized process overall and many promises made never kept along the way
