Interview was purely based on my previous experience and works. They tried to test my creative skills more than my command on graphic design softwares like Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator

A pesar de que todas las entrevistas a las que pude asistir fueron bastante profesionales, el equipo de recursos humanos no mantuvo contacto constante y tuve que estar persiguiéndolos para saber más información sobre el proceso.

Si è partiti con un colloquio conoscitivo seguito da una realizzazione di un progetto poi presentato in un secondo colloquio dove ho presentato le varie fasi di lavorazione e di sviluppo delle idee

The interview process was friendly and casual. There were 4 interviews always with the same person, and people from the team were added in the different interviews. I also had to submit a design assignment.
