I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PPD in May 2022
Interview
The interview experience was one of the best I've had so far on my employment journey. I initially had a quick 15 minute interview with a recruiter to screen me for my experience, and then had a follow up 2 hour interview with two hiring managers.

Tell me about a time when you had to do the right thing, but you didn't want to. (Something like that, I can't remember the exact question).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PPD in May 2022
Interview
It was a long process but very smooth. Everyone that I talked with was very nice. As soon as I accepted the offer, I received onboarding information to complete. They explained the position in depth to me, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was very please with the process.

Question 1
Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PPD in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process included an initial screening with an HR recruiter. Then, a HireVue interview that included multiple video questions and 'games' that resulted in a skills assessment. Lastly, there were 2 final 1 hour video interviews back to back with managers in the department focused on the STAR (situation, task, activity, and result) method. The steps were very clearly communicated and explained throughout.
