Old Navy Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

a lot of questions, regarding prior customer service, how I liked it and what I would do if I was a shift lead. how long ive been in customer service what my expectations are for this job.

For me Interviewing during the fall/winter holiday season was a group interview. About 5 people were waiting on the front of the store with me. We were all called to the back of the store and generic questions about availability were the main concerns. Afterwards we were called in one by one by to the managers office and exchanged information.
