Novartis Quality Control Analyst interview questions

Interviewed with 3 people separately for about 15-20 minutes. One of the interviewers was very difficult to talk to. I'd answer her question and then there would be silence for a few minutes until she asked another. The associate i interviewed with didn't really have many questions to ask me. He seemed to have been pulled randomly from the lab and wasn't even aware he was supposed to interview candidates.

I was interviewed by the hiring manager, then I was interviewed by a panel of people who also work in the department. The interview was pretty straight forward and easy. Everyone who interviewed me were very nice and the provided me knowledge of that I would be doing in this position.
