I applied online and after 2 weeks I receive an invitation for an online interview. They were very nice and honest about what does the position offered and this made me very motivated to work for them. At the same day I received an offer, but I didnt accept for other reasons.

Primero te tienes que postular a través de una fundación de becarios, posteriormente si apruebas, tienes una entrevista con tu futuro manager quien te realiza las preguntas un poco más elaboradas

I really enjoyed the interview process. The interviewer were very friendly and welcoming. I had a great time discussing with them and the questions were pretty general and easy. I felt more like a conversation more than traditional interviews. At the end, I got an offer.
