It was a great interview experience, very quick, but only one round. Good conversation, but felt slightly rushed. I'm honestly surprised there weren't more rounds. Questions ranged from job experience but delved deeper into your experiences than some other interviews might.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2022
Interview
Panel of a couple managers and a few technical guys. Easy general questions and some slight programming related questions. Admit when you don't know and show you have the capacity and desire to learn. This was specifically for a C++ position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Denver, CO) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied August 16th 2022, and was reached out by HR two days later. My recruiter then set me up with a 1hr (give or take) phone meeting with two engineers. Majority of the questions asked were generic OOP and cpp concepts. Very straight forward and nice interviewers. An offer was sent to about two months later, but by then I'd already taken another position.
