The process included multiple interviews with multiple people attending each interview. Each interview was about two hours long and they were separated by a couple of weeks. Interviews occurred on time and interviewers were prepared and respectful.

Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
