NiCE Customer Success Manager interview questions

Phone screening with HR person, discussed background and position. HR rep stopped the interview abruptly and was very rude with how she handled it, she could have explained why I wasn't going to be a good fit for the position but instead just ended the interview without giving me any feedback. I found it very ironic that the company’s name is NICE and how I was treated (NASTY). One of the worst experiences I have ever had during a phone interview. I find that normally HR people are very positive and friendly, this woman was neither of these things. Bad experience all around.
