I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Singapur)
Interview
Online application, aptitude test followed by group business case round (assessment centre).
Positives:
1. Fast
Negatives:
1. HR interviewer was rather disinterested in the process, scrolling through social media while discussion was ongoing; usual assessment centres have facilitators or evaluators taking notes.
2. Subsequently when candidates presented their business case, HR seemed only fixated that the group came up with a solution that could address more than one issue - because the question instructed candidates to "solve 1 issue".
Recommendation:
1. Train HR interviewers better or have interviewers who can think out of the box. Not a very great first impression of the company from potential candidates.
