Round 1: Gamification, you have to play the game that the HR department will base on the result to assess your qualifications for the next round. This game will assess your IQ, attitude, and problem-solving skills in a short time. Round 2: You will get a phone call from the HR Department if you pass round one. To get a good result, you have to understand clearly what you got and wrote in the CV. In addition, you have to know about your position applied. Round 3: You will have a direct interview with the manager at the factory.

The interview process at Nestlé for an intern position consists of three stages: first, an online application and assessment tests; followed by a phone interview with HR to assess initial suitability; and finally, an interview with management to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Easier than most interviews but with some questions that were harder. Most questions were straight forward. Multiple interviews. Overall the whole process took 4 weeks from start to finish. I did not enjoy the process.
