The interview was well structured and professional. Interviewers were supportive and focused on leadership, problem solving, and cultural fit. It was a wonderful experience. Overall, it was a positive experience that strengthened my interest in the company.

Tell me about yourself and why would you want this position
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Interview
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
